- Newsletters: [names of the 3-5 you actually read]

## Delegate to
- Support / refunds → [NAME, email or @handle]
- Scheduling → [NAME or "nobody, I do it"]

## Reply style
- Sign-off: [e.g., "Best, D" / "- D"]
- Max length: [e.g., 80 words]
- Never promise: [e.g., delivery dates without checking the calendar]
